About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.
The International Platform team is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support payments and deposits product management and development for multiple critical Global Payments and Liquidity/Commercial Banking/Corporate and Investment Banking initiatives including but not limited to Global Funds Transfer (cross border payments) Travel Rule compliance (both cross border wires and ACH) and London deposits and payments (Wires SEPA SEPA Instant UK Faster Payments and UK BACS). This resource will elicit requirements develop agile features & user stories support cross domain product development testing and integration as well as drive all other required product deliverables (i.e. product approval product launch operating mode definition control definition etc. The position will include facilitating meetings across a matrixed organization including US and offshore employees.Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at
In this role you will:
- Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical complex and diverse products and services for the International Bank Platform and Global Branch Foundation
- Coordinate and facilitate work across crossfunctional teams (Product Technology Operations Sales Customer Service and other key business partners) for the purpose of eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements in the form of features and user stories specifically related to crossborder crosscurrency (FX) payables and deposits
- Articulate product vision define scope prioritize backlog establish goals and provide direction for domain teams to design develop and deliver technology and processes for updating upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Research and analyze both global and domestic internal and external product industry and regulatory trends to further refine requirements
- Deliver solutions that are reusable globally longterm large scale and require consideration of global market dynamics trends regulatory impact and risk management
- Collaborate with treasury management product managers to compose and revise customerfacing and internal product collateral documentation training materials and communications
- Interacts with many roles and levels within the organization including senior leadership major stakeholders technology operations PMOs peer teams and thirdparty vendors
- Identify program/projectrelated risks impacts and issues documents as appropriate and partners with project managers to raise visibility according to policy
- Facilitate working sessions and perform individual research to document new or revised controls processes and procedures as well as to update related collateral/documentation
- Interact with technology through design and with testing teams through QA and UAT to ensure end product meets requirements
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring indepth understanding of potential synergies opportunities companywide including the overlap of international and domestic payments and deposit solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Product Management product development strategic planning process management change delivery or agile product owner experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Payables and Deposit treasury management products within financial services including global ACH and Wire processing along with demand deposit and liquidity products
- Business analysis and requirement development experience using agile framework
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences strong communication skills are a must
- Selfstarter who is able to operate with autonomy and drive progress across projects
- Experience navigating heavily matrixed organization including multiple business lines and regions
- Proficiency with MS Office software products including Word Excel Power Point Visio SharePoint as well as development tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Financial services or related industry experience
- Knowledge of full SDLC

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
