We are so pleased to be assisting a brand new opening gastropub which is set in a quaint village in the Cotswolds. Part ofan awardwinning group where each of their stunning properties has its own unique identity they are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their growing team.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Senior Sous Chef
- 36855 per annum plus up to 4600 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of flavourfocused dishes from the gastropubs seasonal menu
- Making the most of the gastropubs access to fresh and locally sourced produce
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to more junior chefs
- Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
- Taking advantage of the groups training and development opportunities
