YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HRIS SPECIALIST
This fulltime human resources position typically works the day shift with some scheduling flexibility depending on the workload.
As a Customer Service Rep HRIS Specialist youre responsible for assisting clients with specialized reporting and data management as well as escalating client issues regarding our services. You manage client requests through our case ticketing system and communicate with management about meeting or changing deadlines. To provide timely and accurate solutions you promptly troubleshoot client questions and engage with other team members as needed to ensure all client case tickets are resolved.
Additionally you verify the accuracy of all client and employee data prior to the first live payroll when working with the implementation conversion team. Using your exceptional customer service skills you maintain constant communication with clients over the phone and through email to ensure theyre satisfied with our services. You enjoy having a job that uses your vast human resources expertise to keep our company going strong!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
A college degree in human resources technology or a related field is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We are looking for a driven individual with exceptional organizational skills and a cando attitude.
