About the Role
Our construction client is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong construction industry experience to join our accounting team in Henderson Nevada. This is an onsite position with flexible hours and a highimpact role supporting our financial operations.
Youll manage fullcycle AR/AP processes support monthly closings lead cash flow forecasting and assist with financial reporting and compliance. Experience with Sage 300 CRE is essential. What Youll Do
Manage AR processes including AIA billing and collections
Oversee AP transactions and vendor payments
Post journal entries and perform account reconciliations
Create weekly cash flow forecasts and present updates to leadership
Support monthly quarterly and annual close processes
Assist with payrollrelated filings and tax compliance
Use Sage 300 CRE daily for reporting and accounting operations
What They are Looking For
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
CPA preferred
5 years of accounting experience (construction industry strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Proficiency with Sage 300 CRE; Sage CRM is a plus
Advanced Excel and general accounting software skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Salary: $85K$95K per year potential bonus medical dental and vision paid vacation and holidays!
