Source to Pay Transition Lead
The Source to Pay Transition Lead will oversee the transition and daily operations of Source to Pay activities managed by WTWs outsourced partner. This role involves owning and optimizing processes before the transition as well as continuously reviewing and improving steady state operations. The initial focus will be on indirect tax processes to ensure effective capture accounting payment and reporting of indirect tax. A thorough understanding of available Source to Pay technologies and WTWs specific implementations is essential.
This role is crucial for driving excellence and continuous improvement in the S2P process ensuring that the organization can achieve its strategic goals efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap: Develop and own the roadmap for global S2P stabilisation and transition ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory change.
Optimization: Document and maintain an understanding of how countries are using available technology and provide guidance on best practice processing and any improvement opportunities. Manage One Source and Oracle EBS effectiveness and operational stability by monitoring transaction flows working with the service delivery teams operating the technologies.
Delivery: Monitor quality controls and delivery by WTWs outsourced partner. Highlight areas for development and opportunity and interact with partner leadership to address.
Management: Align with local Finance to oversee compliance with indirect tax regulations in various jurisdictions to support timely and accurate tax filings
Collaboration: Work closely with regional Controllership and global IT teams to ensure process standardization and best practice adoption.
and Development: Support the education and training of stakeholders and the service delivery teams on indirect tax processes and compliance requirements.
The Requirements
Background: A degree in Finance Data Analytics Business Administration or a related field.
: Proven experience in a global S2P procurement or a Finance shared services function with a strong understanding of global standards and best practices.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex regulations and data to support decisionmaking.
Management: Excellent governance and project management skills with experience in managing complex crossfunctional initiatives.
: Ability to work effectively in a global environment with diverse teams
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
