Level 2 Junior Estate Agents Apprenticeship role at Cray & Norton Estate Agents
Cray & Norton Estate Agents are looking for a Junior Estate Agent Apprentice to work in their busy and thriving office in Croydon.
- Salary: 7.55 an hour salary increase after the first year providing your 19
- Working Week: Monday 9am till 5pm Tuesday 9am till 12:30pm Wednesday 9am till 5pm Friday 9am till 5pm and Saturday 9am till 3pm
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Duration: 12 months

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person who is looking for a career in Estate Agency. Good people skills are a must and some knowledge of Croydon would be ideal.
Your day will mainly be spent matching clients to properties and arranging and accompanying viewings. In addition to this there will be some basic admin and administration.
A driving license and own car would be beneficial but not essential.
Specific vacancy requirements:
- Computer Literate
- Driving License & Car preferred but not essential
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification.
Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentices needs the frequency of these sessions may vary.

Potential fulltime employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Preemployment checks. Please be aware that upon a successful offer of employment the company completes digitalised righttowork checks and DBS applications via an external provider Matrix Screening. The company also completes an internal online social media search in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
