This position is in Cargills protein and salt business where we provide wholesome highquality food products to a wide range of customers from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Supervisor Utilities will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.
- Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
- Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
- Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.
- Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
- You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring performance or disciplinary actions and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.

Position information:
- Relocation assistance will be provided for this position.
- This position is based in Fort Morgan CO.
- Work schedule: Dayshift schedule Sun Thurs 5:00am 3:30pm. Flexibility to work over the weekends mostly Friday and Saturday. Able to work over the night shift when required but is not very common.
The expected salary for this position is $84K $100K. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- Strong Leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum five years of refrigeration boiler experience
- Caro and/or ciro certified
- Knowledge of related tools processes controls and area technology systems
- Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results
- One year of supervisory experience
