Youll work in a warm supportive group home environment where your main focus will be on ensuring the safety happiness and wellbeing of our residents. Whether youre helping with daily activities coordinating schedules or providing vital clinical support youll be making a real difference in the lives of those you care for.
What Youll Do:
- Be a Lifeline: Offer compassionate support during the evening hours assisting residents with personal care medication management and daily routines.
- Handle Challenges with Grace: Respond calmly and effectively to any medical or behavioral issues following our proven protocols.
- Create Joy: Encourage residents to engage in social activities learn new skills and participate in fun recreational opportunities.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with healthcare professionals case managers and families to provide seamless coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident activities incidents and any interventions in their records.
- Ensure a Safe Space: Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment by performing light housekeeping and conducting regular safety inspections.

Is This You
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (experience in a caregiving role is a plus!.
- Youre a great communicator able to connect with people from all walks of life.
- You stay calm under pressure handling challenges with patience and empathy.
- Youre eager to learn and follow healthcare procedures even if theyre new to you.
Choose Your Schedule:
- WednesdaySaturday: (Wed. 12:3010:30pm Thurs. 2:3010:30pm Fri. 12:309:30pm Sat. 8am9pm)
- SundayWednesday: (Sun. 8am9pm Mon. 210pm Tues. 2:309:30 Wed. 210:30pm) Pay is $16.50 and weekends are an extra $2 an hour!
