Our client a leading financial services company that has been ranked a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For for the past 9 years is searching for a Sales Representative to join their Florida title insurance sales team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a wellestablished company while developing strong client relationships in the title insurance industry.
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 25 years of successful sales experience in the residential Title insurance finance or Real estate industry.
- Valid drivers license required for travel within assigned territory.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrates persistence tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Experience using sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce and leveraging social media for business development.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively develop new business opportunities.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing customers.
- Research and compile targeted customer lists through networking industry events and leadgeneration sources.
- Execute a strategic outreach plan through cold calling inperson meetings and virtual presentations to potential clients including real estate professionals lenders and attorneys.
- Customize and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to maintain visibility in the market and stay informed on title real estate and financial industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful local campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
- Communicate proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
