Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager

Compensation: $70K
Job Summary:
As a Project Manager you will oversee and manage field teams responsible for piles and crawl space jobs across within Chalreston County. Youll be working directly with teams of 45 people ensuring smooth project from start to finish. This role is handson and ideal for someone who thrives in the field leading teams and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily field operations starting at 6:30 AM at the office.
- Provide work orders load equipment and ensure team readiness for job sites.
- Manage projects lasting 14 days with occasional overnight work for distant jobs (weekends off).
- Oversee two types of projects: pile driving and crawl space repairs ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with your team to ensure work is done properly and on time potentially working up to 14hour days when required.
- Ensure field workers maintain high standards of work and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Experience managing or leading teams in the field is required.
- Prior handson experience in construction fieldwork or similar environments.
- Must have common sense and the ability to make quick informed decisions in the field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both teams and management.
- Must be willing to be handson and work directly with the team onsite.
Work Environment/Conditions:
- Daily work begins at 6:30 AM at the local office with field work across various sites.
- Travel is required to job sites with potential overnight stays for distant locations.
- Jobs can be physically demanding with long hours (up to 14hour days).
- Work is primarily fieldbased with a teamoriented environment.
