Guest Service Representative
Stow OH
Staybridge Suitesis currently seeking fulltimeGuest Service Representativesin Stow Ohio. In this role you will be responsible for checking guests in/out responding to guests requests and all other duties assigned.

The right candidate will have:
- Previous hotel experiencepreferredbut not required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays required
Our Guest Service Representatives will:
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service
- Resolve guest problems quickly efficiently and courteously
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Maintain monitor and update group information on the hotels records as necessary
- Process guest checkin and checkout smoothly and correctly
