Job Summary:The service department receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within the service department. The role includes answering a multiline phone system interacting with customers and aiding in the success of the guests of the dealership and service department. It also involves greeting customers scheduling appointments managing service records moving vehicles when needed and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service advisors. This role is Monday through Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
