5. Mentorship & Team Development:
Manage and mentor junior strategists and interns tracking their performance and helping them achieve their potential.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
46 years in an agency or as a Digital Strategist/Social Strategist/Digital Planner.
Proven ability to connect audience insights with actionable strategies.
Cultural Expertise:
Ability to integrate local insights into global strategies.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of social media and digital planning.
Skilled in research leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
Exceptional storytelling presentation and writing abilities.
Digitally savvy with a pulse on platform updates and trends.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
