Position Overview
Under direction serves as the Program Performance Analyst for the Bureau of Volunteerism and Community Services to design implement and oversee evaluation and data collection and analysis efforts for AmeriCorps state National programs including traditional volunteerism. Designs implements and oversees the Bureau of Volunteerism and Community services program data collection efforts. Prepares reports based on data collection performance measures and program impact for the Bureau Chief. Serves as a liaison between the Office of Community and Positive Youth Development and Bureau of Volunteerism and Community Services to provide data updates and analysis of data of both statewide and national AmeriCorps services including traditional volunteerism activities. Develops plans and prepares inperson and virtual (e.g. webinars) presentations. Travels in performance of duties.
Essential Functions

- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to completion of masters degree.
- Requires two 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in community organization social service work or in program planning and development.
Specialized Skills
- Of the two 2 years required experience requires two 2 years of professional experience in program evaluation and/or data analytics interpreting results summarizing data and presenting data in graphs charts and summaries demonstrating critical thinking skills and creating written and oral presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two 2 years of professional experience in program evaluation and/or data analytics interpreting results summarizing data and presenting data in graphs charts and summaries demonstrating critical thinking skills and creating written and oral presentations.
- Two 2 years of professional experience exercising sound judgment in the analysis appraisal and evaluation of existing and proposed volunteerism and community service programs.
- Two 2 years of professional experience producing high quality wellstructured oral and written communications.
- Two 2 years of professional experience developing and maintaining support and good functional working relationships.
- Two 2 years of professional experience exercising discretion and judgment in making professional decisions.
- Two 2 years of professional experience applying and interpreting agency policies and procedures.
Conditions of Employment
- Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties with overnight stays as appropriate.
