Job Summary: Ridgeline Pediatric Day Health and Respite Services is searching for a qualified loving Spanishbilingual CNA/PCA part time for our new Red Bluff facility. The Personal Care Attendant receives all training on site to become competent in providing direct client care under the direction of a skilled nurse.

Ridgeline was established in 2005 in Grass Valley CA and opening its 8th facility in Red Bluff in 2025.
Facility Hours: Facility operating hours are Monday Saturday 7AM 6 PM. Open weekends for 24hour respite care.
Reports To: Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
- Current CPR or BLS certification;
- At least 2 verifiable references;
- Clear criminal background;
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual Spanish and English;
- 1 year direct pediatric client care experience preferred but not required;
- Ability to lift carry bend walk and reach as needed to perform client care and/or transfer of client up to 50 lbs;
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff clients caregivers and the general public;
- Must be able to undergo a health examination within 90 days prior to employment or within 7 days after employment by a person lawfully authorized to perform such a procedure or a signed waiver;
- Must be willing to work up to 2 Saturdays a month and overnights.
Job Description:
- Part Time 23 days per week. Position is mostly afternoon/evenings and weekends with occasional overnights as needed.
- Provide direct care services under a skilled nurse to pediatric and adult clients with special health care needs.
- Turn and position the client in a wheelchair or bed.
- Assist with transfers and ambulation.
- Feed or assist the client with oral and tube feedings prepare meals.
- Keep the client care area clean and free of hazards wash laundry and change linens.
- Assist clients in the participation of independent and group activities.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Paid training and competitive salary.
- Regular routine housekeeping and deep cleaning assignments.
- Position available immediately.
Compensation
- $18$22 per hour depending on education and experience.
- Eligible for PTO after 90 days of employment.
- Eligible for sick pay.
