Job Description

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies procedures and benefits.

  • Assist with fullcycle recruiting including posting jobs screening candidates scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

  • Help administer company benefits programs (enrollment changes questions).

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs surveys and events.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies through documentation audits and training reminders.

  • Support performance management processes by coordinating review schedules and tracking completions.

  • Assist with the development and updating of HR policies employee handbook and standard operating procedures.

  • Help organize HR reports and analytics (turnover headcount etc. for leadership review.

  • Other duties as assigned to support the HR and Operations teams.
