What youll be doing
You will join the Client Servicing and Technology (CST) Change Planning team. In this role you will work with senior resources on the Change Planning team to scrutinize all enterprise changes to avoid potential conflicts and minimize impacts. You will work with Jira and EasyBI to create and run reports for consumption at all levels of management and in some cases present this information in a public forum. Your attentiontodetail is a significant asset.

How youll succeed
Change Management & Standardization Ensure that standardized methods processes and procedures are used for all changes facilitate efficient and prompt handling of changes and maintain the proper balance between the need for change and the potential detrimental impact of changes. EnsureCST standardized processes are used for all CST production changes in order to minimize the impact of changerelated incidents in accordance with CIBC Enterprise Change Management processes.
Manage Change request Respond to change requests (CRs) and ensures all changes are properly categorized and managed according to the change management process. All changes must be recorded risk assessed categorized prioritized planned tested evaluated released documented and reviewed in a controlled and standardized manner. Analyze the planning and deployment strategy for software/hardware which includes installation/back out procedures verification business participation change windows and scheduling. This includes changes sponsored by CST or impacting CST systems/applications.
Collaboration Provide support to CST stakeholders to ensure awareness adaptation and consistency of CST processes. Analyze expedited change tickets ensuring ticket compliance is adhered to. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational operational and process problems.
Risk Management Responsible for the continual of OE Risk and internal CST processes. Raise potential operational risks identified through the analysis of change records.
Who you are
You have 4 years of experience in Change Planning (i.e. experience with standard Enterprise Change Management practices and principals etc..Its an asset if you have experience with Microsoft Excel Service Now Jira EasyBI and Microsoft PowerPoint.
You have good understanding of Agile methodologies and Application and/or Architecture Development as well as information systems.
You have a postsecondary education in Computer Science or related IT field.
You have strong presentation skills. You are able to successfully manage multiple priorities
