Job Description

Serigraph is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to champion onboarding and employee wellbeing.
In this pivotal role youll help create a vibrant and supportive workplace by leading meaningful HR programs. From delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to managing benefits and wellness initiatives youll be a key player in shaping our peoplefirst culture.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing our Service Awards program supporting offboarding processes and assisting employees with care and professionalism.

Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities

    • Deliver a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience for new hires fostering early engagement and retention. This includes the administration of new hire paperwork and ensuring training requirements are met and recorded.
    • Administer employee benefits programs including open enrollment and address employee questions regarding benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Lead wellness initiatives aimed at improving population health and promoting employee wellbeing.
    • Oversee and refresh the Service Awards program ensuring it reflects the company values and employee achievements.
    • Act as the primary HR contact for maintaining training records ensuring compliance with standards required during customer audits.
    • Assist employees with HRrelated queries providing professional and timely support to foster a positive workplace environment.
    • Support continuous improvement by evaluating HR processes and recommending enhancements.

What we are looking for in a Human Resources Generalist

    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of employment law both federal and state and HR best practices.
    • Experience administering employee benefits programs including open enrollment.
    • Knowledge of wellness initiatives and strategies to promote population health.
    • Professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Excellent communication organization and accuracy.
    • Teamwork and ability to work collaboratively across divisions and departments.
    • Experience in HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
    • Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
    • Understand departmental procedures and policies.

Preferred Qualifications of a Human Resources Generalist

    • Bachelors degree in human resources preferred or equivalent experience.
    • Above average Excel skills.
    • Experience in a human resourcerelated role in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in UKG is ideal but not required.
    • Valid drivers license for travel to other facilities or to HR events.
