Division: The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)

Euroclear is the financial industrys trusted provider of posttrade services. The company provides settlement safekeeping and servicing of domestic and crossborder securities transactions from bonds equities and derivatives to investment funds. Euroclear connects over 2000 financial market participants across the globe and ensures that all securities transactions are processed safely and efficiently. As an open and resilient infrastructure they help clients reduce complexity and costs and mitigate risk.

The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division ensures Euroclears competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.

The GDC Office tribe contributes to the divisions strategy in supporting the other delivery Tribes within the GDC division. Our mission is to Ease collaboration create synergies improve efficiency & increase engagement.

The People Management & Communication squad puts people at the heart of their daytoday activities. We connect people by fostering a great place to work grow and as such enabling people to focus on delivering value to our clients.

The services we deliver as a squad:
  • driving the divisional onboarding
  • organising & hosting the divisional & tribe townhalls
  • organising the divisional events like summer drink end of year event
  • creating appealing newsletters and ad hoc communication
  • advisor on key people topics & IT communication follow up on hirings
Role:

The role is critical for our organization seeking to adapt improve and achieve longterm success leading organizational change initiatives to improve processes performance and culture.

  • Provides tactical day to day support
  • Strong focus on people and communication activities
  • Gathers prepares analyses data runs and supports the known processes (sourcing finance onboarding continuous improvement and support to the GDC division)
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Acts as a support on the field and intervenes at operational level.
  • Compiles and delivers reports maintains required systems with accurate and complete data.
  • Handles standard & new situations by relying on existing procedures and methods
Requirements
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English enabling clear and impactful interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across divisions and global locations.
  • Proven experience in managing organizational change; certification in change management is an advantage.
  • Skilled in documenting processes controls and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical thinking planning and organizational abilities
  • A teammate who thrives both in collaborative settings and working independently.
  • Selfmotivated with a growth mindset and a handson proactive approach to challenges.
  • Wellversed in agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience in the financial industry or IT environment is considered as a plus.
