About the Role:
3E is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing Commercial team. In this highvisibility highimpact role you will drive enterpriselevel growth by building strong relationships with key decisionmakers and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities across a dynamic expanding market.

We are looking for a true huntersomeone with a relentless drive to selfgenerate opportunities and consistently open new doors. Success in this role requires a passion for uncovering new logos driving new pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals from first conversation to close.

Youll be responsible for deeply understanding client needs presenting innovative solutions and successfully navigating complex consultative sales cycles. Using your resultsdriven approach and relentless focus you will help expand our footprint with enterprise customers while aligning with 3Es core values of customer focus ownership and operational excellence.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week onsite at our Carlsbad office.

What Youll Do

    • Drive Enterprise Growth: Lead new business sales across our three core product familiesChemical & Workplace Safety Product Safety & Stewardship and Supply Chain & Sustainabilitytargeting large complex enterprise organizations.
    • Generate and Scale Pipeline: Proactively build and expand a selfgenerated pipeline by leveraging strategic market mapping personalized outreach and your established enterprise network to drive sustained revenue growth.
    • Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage complex sales cycles endtoendfrom initial discovery to contract closurepartnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver valuedriven solutions crosssell across product lines and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
    • Engage Expand and Elevate Relationships: Initiate and lead highimpact conversations with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers aligning 3Es innovative solutions with their strategic business goals to create longterm highvalue partnerships.
    • Master Consultative Selling: Work closely with our industry experts to craft tailored proposals manage product trials and ensure solution alignment with client needs positioning 3E as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving market.

What Makes You a Great Fit

    • 5 years of direct complex sales experience including working with large enterpriselevel customers and managing strategically complex deals.
    • Proven success closing sixfigure deals using a consultative selling approach with a strong emphasis on selfgenerating pipeline and prospecting for new business opportunities.
    • Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of consistently identifying pursuing and winning new logo opportunities.
    • Proficiency in pipeline management and sales activity tracking using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
    • Robust negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong productive relationships with both external partners and internal crossfunctional teams.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100000$120000 per final offer will depend on several factors including the successful candidates skills depth of work experience location and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
In addition to the base salary certain roles may qualify for a performancebased incentive and/or equity with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
