The opportunity

As a member of our Transformation Design and (TDE) team you will collaborate with senior leadership in key accounts to help our clients drive and sustain impactful business transformations. Your role will go well beyond program management and implementationyou will equip clients with the capabilities to effectively and efficiently deliver on their transformative ambitions. By combining client domain expertise with complex program design and delivery knowledge you will help embed lasting improvements and deliver sustainable value to our clients.

Your key responsibilities:

As a TDE Senior Manager focusing on SAP Implementation Transformations you will be expected to simultaneously drive successful client outcomes pursue new business opportunities and contribute to internal team and solution development. In this role the Senior Manager will collaborate with clients to design and establish SAPfocused Transformation Management Offices (TMO) Program Management Offices (PMO) and Project or Product Portfolio Management Offices (PPMO) to ensure seamless of largescale SAP transformations.

Additionally Senior Managers will play a key role in identifying market opportunities and enhancing longterm solution offerings such as integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation into SAP transformation delivery methodologies. Their expertise will support organizations in maximizing SAP investments optimizing business processes and ensuring alignment with strategic deliverablesthatyouwill workon are:

• Transformation Program Design (specifically focused on largescale digital solution implementations)

• Agile and Waterfall Program Delivery Process

• Agile and Waterfall Governance Design

• Capital Project Digital Innovation

• Capability Roadmap Development and

• Operating Model Assessments and Process Design

Key deliverables that you will work on:

As a Senior Manager you will be pivotal in managing and delivering complex processes solutions or projects with a keen focus on quality and risk management. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics to meet performance objectives oversee budgeting foster client relationships and manage commercial relationships. Challenges will arise but your expertise will be key in solving them and leading change. Expect regular travel to meet client needs and engage with clients from planning to and closure.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Assemble SAPspecific resources and expertise from across the firm to develop new innovative offerings that address client needs in SAP transformation including S/4HANA implementations cloud migrations and intelligent automation.

• Possess deep understanding of all stages and aspects of the SAP delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering system design configuration development integration testing (unit system and user acceptance) cutover planning golive and hypercare support.

• Identifyand capitalizeon new sales opportunities

• Collaborateon RFP responses

• Manageeconomic aspects of engagements and budgets

• Ensure highquality SAP project delivery by proactively identifying risks driving engagements to completion and maintaining a commitment to excellence in SAP implementations.

• Rapidly translate client SAP transformation needs into effective team structures assembling and leading teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Communicate complex SAP concepts effectively breaking down technical challenges into clear and relevant insights for diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to drive SAP transformation success working across functional and technical teams to deliver highvalue outcomes.

• Understand the firms SAP service offerings and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value through SAP solutions. relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A Bachelors degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a masters degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience

• Experience leading at least two complex PMOs but preferably more than 5 complex SAP transformations

• Understanding of SAP lifecycle including the SAP Activate methodology

• Knowledge of key SAP delivery tools such as SAP Signavio SAP Cloud ALM or SAP LeanIX

• Understanding of iterative agile and hybrid agile methodologies as they apply to complex SAP transformations

• A valid driverslicense in the USandavalid passport required; willingnessto travel tomeet client needsand abilitytotravel internationally; although most of our clients are in the greater Houston area in some cases travel may be required up to 60

• Demonstrated ability in workshop facilitation

• Demonstrated excellent oral andwritten communicationskills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of modern project management methodologies such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) or equivalent.

• Experience driving sales pursuits leading RFP processes and preparing responses solution definition and negotiations.

• Experience in managing largescale Business Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations

• Experience leading teams managing engagement economics and business development

• Knowledge of Agile work management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Jira.

• Minimum 5 years of client facing experience in a professional consulting firm leading and developing other consulting professionals and managing commercial client relationships

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engagement financial planning and/or engagement financial management.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development specifically in the RFP process including Proof of Concept development proposal writing client presentations pricing and SOW drafting. The candidate must also be able to identify opportunities to differentiate proposals and create compelling narratives that highlight unique value propositions.

• Large scale digital solution delivery and sector domain knowledge in one or more industry sectors (Power and Utilities Life Sciences Oil and Gas Consumer Finance etc.

• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations

Ideally youll also have:

• Approximately 7years experience working in largescale complex programs

• Demonstrated understanding of the SAP solutions and different variations of SAP applications (e.g. ERP CIS etc.

• Demonstrated ability to drive long term lasting relationships with your clients colleagues and industry

• Demonstrated thought leadership in a relevant domain

• Demonstrated knowledge of the IT and program governance challenges related to large systems development and/or implementation projects

• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
