What youll be doing
As a member of Business Banking team youll work under the direction of the Associate Vice President National Office Business Banking the Senior Director Business Effectiveness is responsible for supporting the Business Banking National Office activities with direct accountability for the BB product experience team the BB governance and controls function the BB Sales & Service analytics function the BB Digital Strategy group all BB coordination activities with internal partners and stakeholders and supporting the AVP National Office with all BB related matters as assigned.
The role provides leadership in the planning coordination assessment development and implementation of key internal initiatives in support of the business. This individual will act as the internal representative of the AVP and SVP and possess the highest level of integrity with proven experience communicating across diverse audiences and is well equipped to provide counsel to senior executives. The role involves significant crossfunctional responsibilities including but not limited to coordination and collaboration with several internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 13 days per week onsite while other days will be remote.
