Front Desk Attendant Cambridge MA
Parttime 10 hours/week
Harvard Recreation managed by HealthFitness is looking for Front Desk Attendants to join the team on campus in Cambridge Massachusetts. In this position you will greet checkin and assist customers; provide program information services membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
At this time only current Harvard students will be considered for this role.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Must be a current Harvard student.
