As the Global Digital Marketing Automation & Tools Specialist youll be the goto expert for marketing technology strategy implementation and optimization. Youll collaborate with regional and countrylevel teams transforming complex business needs into streamlined digital solutions. Your focus will span across:
Marketing Automation: Own the setup governance and continuous optimization of our global marketing automation platforms.
Tool Enablement: Evaluate implement and scale tools that enable seamless customer engagementfrom awareness to retention.
Content Management & Experience tools: Lead the deployment and optimization of tools such as Adobe AEM to deliver dynamic web experiences and global content governance.
Social & Engagement tools: Manage the technical aspects of our social media management tool for social listening publishing and customer engagement workflows.
Data & Integration: Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure tools are effectively connected and data flows are clean secure and insightful.
Training & Support: Empower our teams globally through toolkits onboarding sessions and bestpractice playbooks.
Governance & Compliance: Champion consistency quality and compliance across all digital marketing touchpoints.
Tool Evaluation & Scaling: Assess emerging MarTech solutions pilot proofofconcepts and roll out bestfit tools globally.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation Ownership: Implement configure and continuously refine our marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Marketo).
Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with IT Data and Compliance teams to maintain robust CRM integrations tagging framework and data flows.
Tool Evaluation & Scaling: Assess new MarTech solutions pilot proofofconcepts and roll out bestfit tools globally.
Governance & Standards: Develop playbooks naming conventions and compliance guidelines to uphold consistency and data quality.
Enablement & Training: Create user guides host onboarding workshops and provide ongoing support to regional and country teams.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and drive regular reviews to inform continuous improvement.
Experience: 3 years in digital marketing with handson expertise in leading marketing automation and MarTech platforms.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of marketing automation (like Adobe Marketo) CMS (Adobe AEM) social engagement tools (like Sprinklr) and analytics (like SimilarWeb).
ProblemSolver: Structured mindset capable of transforming global business needs into elegant automated solutions.
Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively across Marketing IT Data Legal and Compliance teams in a matrix environment.
Communication: Excellent communicator and documenter adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiregional rollouts and crossfunctional initiatives.
