Occupational Therapist Residential Aged Care

Your Opportunity
Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist ready to make a real impact in aged care Join Plena Healthcare and become part of a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering meaningful and personalised therapy to older Australians.
In this role youll work within Residential Aged Care settings providing tailored evidencebased interventions designed to support residents in living fuller more independent lives. Youll also contribute to our innovative Plena Care Pathway an awardwinning model of care that puts client goals at the centre combining 1:1 therapy care plan reviews and active ageing group sessions to deliver the best possible outcomes.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conducting comprehensive functional assessments and delivering clinical recommendations
- Supporting residents with mobility ADLs falls prevention pain management and pressure care
- Advising on equipment and aids to enhance independence and safety
- Delivering both individualised and groupbased therapy programs
- Collaborating within your scope of practice to ensure highquality care and compliance
- Flexibly responding to the needs of residents aged care facilities and the wider team

- A Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check
