We are building a Marketing Operations Center of Excellence to serve Amazon Shipping and Amazon Freight two highgrowth externalized transportation businesses. As a foundational member of this team we are looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to play a critical role in overseeing the technical management of our content management system web analytics platforms and mobile app performance. This role ensures that the CMS web analytics and mobile app tools meet the needs of the marketing team and stakeholders providing valuable insights into website and app performance as well as user behavior. This position requires strong technical expertise project management skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project delivery vendor management and the successful integration of web and mobile analytics to optimize content strategies app engagement and marketing outcomes.
Key job responsibilities * CMS & Integration Oversight: Manage the configuration maintenance and optimization of the CMS ensuring seamless integration with other MarTech tools (e.g. CRM analytics automation platforms). * Project Management: Lead CMS projects from gathering requirements to ontime and onbudget delivery ensuring risks are mitigated throughout the process. * Vendor & Contract Management: Maintain relationships with CMS vendors overseeing contracts performance and solution quality. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing Product Tech and business teams to translate needs into actionable CMS strategies conducting workshops and discovery sessions as necessary. * Customization & Troubleshooting: Apply HTML/CSS to customize the CMS as required ensuring consistent user experiences and quick resolution of technical issues. * Best Practices & Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs and documentation to standardize CMS processes and ensure scalability and high performance.
5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting Knowledge of basic modeling techniques such as linear regression ANOVA etc.
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
