Job Description
What you will get to do:
- Demonstrate the company Core Values in daily actions of tasks and interactions with others
- Collaborate with product development sales and marketing to define and maintain the product roadmap
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
- Define product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value feasibility and customer needs
- Partner with design and product development to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards
- Monitor product performance using analytics customer feedback and key metrics to inform continuous improvement
- Lead endtoend project management for product development initiatives from concept through production and market release
- Lead project planning sessions define scope and set milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Create detailed project plans and timelines ensuring alignment with product development cycles
- Manage crossfunctional teams ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency on progress issues and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards

What will make you successful:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in product development product management or project management
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Asana Monday) and product analysis software (i.e. Excel)
- Experience in consumer products furniture or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Knowledge of fabrics textiles and sewing production processes is preferred
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
- Experience leading a team and/or managing people a plus
