What you will get to do:
Demonstrate the company Core Values in daily actions of tasks and interactions with others
Collaborate with product development sales and marketing to define and maintain the product roadmap
Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
Define product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value feasibility and customer needs
Partner with design and product development to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards
Monitor product performance using analytics customer feedback and key metrics to inform continuous improvement
Lead endtoend project management for product development initiatives from concept through production and market release
Lead project planning sessions define scope and set milestones to ensure timely delivery
Create detailed project plans and timelines ensuring alignment with product development cycles
Manage crossfunctional teams ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency on progress issues and dependencies
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards

What will make you successful:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in product development product management or project management
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Asana Monday) and product analysis software (i.e. Excel)
Experience in consumer products furniture or manufacturing industries is preferred
Knowledge of fabrics textiles and sewing production processes is preferred
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
Experience leading a team and/or managing people a plus
