The Opportunity
Since 1961 the Gold Cup Ambassadors have been representing world class horses at the Gold Cup Race and other racing events on PEI. The Ambassadors help promote racing and educate guests at Red Shores on the historical significance of harness racing on PEI. This longstanding tradition presents opportunities for the Ambassadors and Red Shores harness racing industry to connect and support communities on PEI by sponsoring or leading events. As a Gold Cup Ambassador you will have the chance to work directly with Red Shores guests Horsemens Association Red Shores employees as well as the media. Each Ambassador will have the opportunity to select and represent a charity which will receive a donation on behalf of Red Shores. This is an eventbased position that will allow the chance to meet lots of new people develop skills and be part of a fun and energetic team.

Networking and appearances at Gold Cup & Old Home Week events
Media appearances
Race Day broadcast features and interviews.
