The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday ATS and Reporting to support and enhance our HR technology stack. In this role you will be responsible for configuring maintaining and optimizing Workday systems building reports using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) and supporting process improvements in HR Systems.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and optimize Workdays ATS to enhance hiring workflows and improve the recruiter and candidate experience.
  • Build customize and maintain reports in Workday including advanced reporting and BIRTbased solutions.
  • Support system configurations integrations and troubleshooting for HR technology ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Peopleops TA and IT teams to understand system needs and implement improvements.
  • Assist in process automation initiatives enhancing the efficiency of HR workflows and reporting structures.
  • Ensure data integrity security and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Stay updated on Workday enhancements and best practices proactively suggesting improvements.

About You

  • 7 years of experience in HR Systems with a focus on Workday ATS and Reporting.
  • Strong expertise in BIRT for report building and customization within Workday.
  • Handson experience in configuring and maintaining Workdays ATS and reporting modules.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret HR data ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Experience with HR system integrations troubleshooting and process improvements.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to implement system solutions.
