Clinical Tech

Qualified PCTstake your career to the next level withJohns Hopkins Medicine. We are looking PCTs with In Patient / Hospital experience to work at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Minimal requirements include;
Highschool diploma
A Maryland CNA License
at least 1 year of hospitalbased experience in the last 2 years
Proficient in phlebotomy starting IVs EKG

The Johns Hopkins Hospitals Cardiac Care Unitis a 12bed Intensive Care Unit. The staff care for patients with acute myocardial infarction and complications including cardiogenic shock postinfarction angina and congestive heart failure. We also care for many other critically ill patients suffering from severe cardiomyopathies valvular heart disease and lifethreatening arrhythmias. This is a cardiac medicine unit therefore patients post CABG valve replacements transplant LVAD placement are transferred to the CVSICU (Surgical ICU) for recovery.

Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required(EMT or CRT experience may be considered)
BLS CPR certification required: AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum$17.37/hour Maximum$26.13/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
