We are so excited to be assisting one of the most highly acclaimed 3 Michelin Star restaurants located in London. They are looking for a passionate Head Waiter who is looking for a new challenge to lead their vibrant waiting team.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Head Waiter
- 33500 per annum plus up to 6000 service charge
- Set days off Sunday and Monday
- Dinner service only
- Straight shifts
- Fixed holiday 1 week in January 1 week at Easter and 3 weeks in August

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter
- Providing a highly personalised service to each and every guest and showcasing your passion for fine dining
- Delivering a wide array of dishes and working closely alongside the culinary and sommelier teams to deliver the very best quality service
- Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests including dietary requirements food preferences beverage and wine preferences and special occasions
- Showcasing extensive menu knowledgeto guests and answering any questions and queries
- Completing opening miseenplace and closing duties to the very best standard
