Specialist Technical Product Management
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and talented Product Managers to join our growing team in India. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting our Lead Product Manager in the development and enhancement of scalable products that drive standardized solutions for our global operations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs refine product features and enhance the user journey. As part of a collaborative environment you will contribute to ensuring that our products meet market demands and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Needs Identification: Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager and customer success teams to gather insights on business needs and translate these into clear actionable product requirements and specifications. Assist in prioritizing features based on business impact and user feedback.
User Journey Design:Analyze and map user journeys to enhance overall user experience ensuring product features are intuitive and userfriendly. Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to effectively guide the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
Problem Solving:Clearly articulate and refine ambiguous challenges encountered during product development into welldefined structured research problems. Actively gather insights and inputs from the customer success teams across various regions to comprehend the complexity of these issues. Collaborate with the Standards team to formulate standardized and scalable solutions that effectively address the identified problems across different regions and therapeutic areas.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:Partner closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to ensure that product design and implementation align with user expectations while maintaining technical feasibility.
Continuous Enhancement:Proactively collect and analyze user feedback and requests to continuously refine product features driving enhanced overall product performance and increasing user satisfaction.
Visual Communication:Develop engaging visual communications to effectively convey product strategies updates and progress to business teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business or a related field with 6 years relevant experience; or a Masters degree with 4 Years work experience
Skillset:
Candidates must have
Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the software industry demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development principles.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a comprehensive understanding of user experience principles and the ability to advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively engaging and aligning stakeholders across various functions including UI/UX designers engineers and business leaders.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools (e.g. JIRA) as well as user experience design software (e.g. Figma) is highly desirable.
Preferred but not mandatory to have
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred.
