Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Project Architect / Senior Project Manager with exceptional design sensibility and a strong technical background to join our Coral Gablesbased team. This role focuses on leading the design and technical development of luxury highrise projects with iconic highquality architecture. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative inoffice environment with minimal remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and technical of luxury highrise projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project teams schedules and deliverables to ensure technical excellence and design integrity.
- Collaborate closely with clients consultants and contractors maintaining clear professional communication.
- Oversee construction administration and ensure adherence to design intent quality standards and budget.
- Take ownership of project outcomes with a leadership mindset and an owner s attitude.
- Participate actively in client meetings site visits and contractor coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture required; Master s Degree preferred.
- Architectural License required.
- 8 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury highrise architecture.
- Proven experience managing both design and technical phases of largescale projects.
- Strong design and detailing skills with an emphasis on highquality iconic architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must; additional software skills (SketchUp Rhino Adobe Suite) are a plus.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work primarily inoffice with minimal remote work.
