The company is currently seeking for one of their clientes a Lead Fullstack Engineer with strong backend expertise and leadership experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing building and scaling products working with modern technologies and distributed systems.
This is a 100 remote position available to candidates Latam exclusively.
Key Responsibilities
FullStack Development
- Lead the design development and delivery of robust backend systems using and Python.
- Collaborate on frontend development using React and .
- Ensure highquality scalable and maintainable solutions across the full technology stack.
Technical Leadership
- Provide leadership to engineering teams guiding technical direction and ensuring successful endtoend product rollouts.
- Foster best practices in coding architecture and system design.
System Design and Integration
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions for seamless system connectivity.
- Manage databases and message queues in distributed environments.
Communication and Team Collaboration
- Communicate complex ideas effectively across teams.
- Contribute as a team player in a collaborative fastpaced startup environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Experience Level:
- 58 years of professional experience in FullStack development with a strong focus on backend engineering.
- Proven expertise with and Python.
- Comfortable working with frontend frameworks like React and .
- Experience leading engineering teams and successfully delivering endtoend products.
- Solid experience with databases and message queues in distributed systems.
Technical Capabilities:
- Strong skills in backend development system architecture and fullstack technologies.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Kubernetes and Serverless Deployments is a plus.
- Experience with hightraffic SaaS products or ecommerce platforms is a plus.
- Experience designing scalable integration solutions is highly valued.
- Past experience building Shopify Apps or Shopify Extensions is an advantage.
Communication Skills:
- Fluent (advanced C2 English communication skills.
