Job Description
Software engineering is your passion and you love to build products You already have solid experience in all phases of the software development cycle (from backend to frontend) and you know how to map reality into code Pair programming code reviews as well as a high test coverage is your standard way of working You love to work in agile teams and deliver in short iterations a valuable piece of software Your drive is to enable your team to achieve the highest engineering perfection If this sounds interesting to you then it is YOU we need in our team!
Tasks
- Design and develop CloudNative applications with a strong backend focus using Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Actively contribute to building and scaling large complex data platform projects in a cloudnative environment.
- Drive Kubernetesbased application deployment orchestration and infrastructure automationCKAD or CKA certification is a strong plus.
- Test validate and iterate on features based on customer feedback and product metrics.
- Work closely with Product Owners and crossfunctional teams to align on business requirements and technical goals.
- Translate user and business demands into clear and feasible engineering tasks.
- Make robust technical decisions and take ownership in driving the product and platform to the next level.
- Share your knowledge and mentor team members through code reviews pair programming and active knowledge exchange.
- Take part in tech discussions contribute to conferences and help shape our engineering culture with new tools and best practices.
Requirements

- You balance your own expertise with the input and knowledge of your team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong backend experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Exposure to frontend ecosystems like React is a plus.
- Experience building and deploying applications on Kubernetes (CKAD or CKA certification is a bonus).
- Familiar with CI/CD containerization infrastructure as code and cloud platforms.
- A solid academic background in Computer Science Mathematics Physics or a related field.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
