Hi! At Factorial were on the lookout for a **Product Manager to strengthen our Product team and help us build the future of B2B software .
The Role
Were looking for a **Product Manager with experience working across products whos ready to take ownership of key initiatives. Youll work closely with Engineering Design and Data teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve our solutions. Youll need to be proactive eager to learn and able to balance strategic thinking with daytoday . What Youll Be Doing
As a Product Manager at Factorial you will:
- Contribute to defining the product vision strategy and roadmap for your area.
- Collaborate with Engineering Design and Data teams to deliver highquality features and improvements.
- Partner with Customer Success Marketing and Sales to understand user needs and identify new opportunities.
- Track product performance collect user feedback and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in gotomarket strategies for new features and product launches.
What Were Looking For
Youre likely a great fit if you:
- Have experience working as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS space (ideally 2 years managing products or major features).
- Are user and businessdriven: You work to align user needs with company goals.
- Are comfortable working with data: You track success metrics validate hypotheses and are willing to experiment.
- Appreciate good design and value intuitive user experiences.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Are organized proactive and enjoy solving problems in fastpaced environments.
- Are fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish French Italian or German are a plus).
- Have some experience with thirdparty integrations or platform products (a plus not required).
Bonus Points if You:
- Have experience in HR tech or related industries.
- Have worked in a fastgrowth startup or scaleup environment.
- Have some technical literacy that helps you collaborate more effectively with engineering teams.
**Compensation
**The salary range for this position is between 45.000 40.500 fix 5.500 based on performance payed quarterly) and 55.555 50.000 fix 5.555 based on performance payed quarterly).
