4. Performance Tracking:
Analyze sales metrics and present reports to senior management.
Refine strategies based on market trends and data insights.
5. Event Representation:
Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.
Showcase products and generate highquality leads.
6. CrossTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with technical and R& amp; D teams to align products with market demands.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s/Master s in Business Marketing or Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 510 years in B2B sales with 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in industrial automation or lithiumion battery sector preferred.
