Overview
The Tele Caller position is crucial for driving customer engagement and enhancing sales efforts within an organization. As a Tele Caller you will be at the forefront of customer interaction making outbound calls to potential customers and following up with existing clients. You will be entrusted with building and maintaining relationships with clients a vital part of the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing clients.
  • Provide detailed information regarding products and services to potential customers.
  • Maintain customer databases and log call outcomes effectively.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Generate leads by identifying prospects and assessing their needs.
  • Achieve daily weekly and monthly calling targets set by management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions to their queries.
  • Follow quality assurance standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to sell effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions for leads.
  • Track and analyze call metrics for performance improvement.
  • Maintain professionalism while engaging with clients during conversations.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and market trends.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing customer service or sales.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
