Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on cost management tendering processes and contract administration ensuring efficiency and value throughout project .
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) cost estimates and tender documents.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout project .
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Manage and review variations claims and payment applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract management.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost control techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
