The post holder will be Reporting to the Partnerships and Business Development Director and work closely with all RGR global business staff; this position will focus on social media and digital marketing efforts for all RGRs brands services and partner Universities and organization programs and market the RGR brand in Nigeria across all marketing communications channels.
Job Description
Proactively Manage the RGR website and social media handles.
Attendance at recruitment exhibitions representation of RGR on exhibition stands.
Contribution to RGR s marketing strategy and organization of marketing and advertising activity in Nigeria.
Input and expert advice with regards to RGRs strategy in Nigeria.
Possible travel to cities outside of Abuja for recruitment events or training including abroad.
Ensure constant steam of walkin clients at the assigned RGR office.
Assist with developing new strategic recruitment activities through gathering market intelligence.
Achieve agreed targets for each Month
Provide timely and accurate updates to the Company regarding online student recruitment activities.
Initiate necessary virtual and realtime marketing strategies/campaigns using various social media platforms amongst others as required.
Any other related task that may be assigned
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy Development
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing.
Analyze performance metrics from digital campaigns producing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Assists in proactively monitoring and analyzing all RGR web and Social Media sites (Facebook Twitter(X) Instagram You Tube etc. to ensure efficient information exchange amongst these platforms is efficient.
Effectively utilizes tools provided and analytical skill set to determine the next plan of action.
Monitor and track negative posts and respond appropriately
Maintain sense of urgency and a poise attitude when taking action on response
Continue to stay actively knowledgeable of the latest industry trends tools and best practices
Escalates urgent matters of concern to relevant people as needed and ensure resolution.
Monitor listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for crosspromotions.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover profile pic thumbnails ads landing pages Twitter profile Blog etc..
Design create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Compile reports for management showing results.
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy loyal customer online reviews.
Monitor trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy.
Implement ongoing education in digital marketing field to remain highly effective.
Identify threats and opportunities in usergenerated content surrounding the company.
Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media content marketing SEO and social advertising campaigns.
Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Develop implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO SEM email marketing social media content marketing and display advertising).
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives presenting insights and recommendations for optimization.
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and attracts target audiences.
Manage and update website content ensuring it is fresh relevant and optimized for search engines.
Social Media Management
Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the community.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics adjusting strategies to improve reach and interaction.
Manage social media marketing campaigns and daytoday activities including:Develop relevant content topics to reach the company s target customers.
Create curate and manage all published content (images video and written).
Email Marketing Campaign Development
Design and implement email marketing strategies to promote products services and brand initiatives.
Segment email lists based on user behavior preferences and demographics to tailor messages for specific audiences.
Create engaging and persuasive content for email campaigns including subject lines body copy and callstoaction.
Email Marketing and Management
Schedule and distribute email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g. Zoho Mail Mailchimp HubSpot Salesforce).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates clickthrough rates conversions and bounce rates.
A/B Testing and Optimization
Conduct A/B tests on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines content design) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Continuously optimize email marketing efforts based on datadriven insights and industry best practices.
List Management:
Optimize email list growth strategies including lead generation tactics and signup incentives to build a robust subscriber base.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations including CANSPAM and GDPR requirements. 5
Website Design
Design develop and maintain responsive websites that are visually appealing and optimized for user experience across different devices and platforms.
Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys to stakeholders.
Collaborate with content creators and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
Collaborate with content creators to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality align with messaging and strategic goals.
UI/UX Development
Implement UI/UX best practices conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Ensure websites are userfriendly accessible and optimized for performance.
Continuously Optimize website pages based on performance analytics user feedback and best practices to improve engagement and conversion rates
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with other externally identified developers to ensure designs are translated accurately and functionally on the web.
Collaborate with marketing & influencers teams to align website design with branding campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Act as a point of contact for client requests and design revisions ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify relevant influencers to collaborate with.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and customer support to ensure cohesive brand strategy.
Collaborate on broader marketing initiatives crosspromotions and lead nurturing campaigns
Act as a liaison for client projects gathering requirements and providing design and marketing recommendations
Work closely with teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Branding and Visual Identity
Maintain consistent branding across all website components ensuring design aligns with company identity.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of websites.
Technical Skills Use
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Sketch or Figma to create highquality designs.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers and implement design changes.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders gathering feedback for revisions.
Analytics and Reporting
Use digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush social media insights) to monitor performance and guide strategy adjustments.
Prepare and present regular reports on website performance digital marketing initiatives and ROI to stakeholders.

Sales Management:

Business Development:

Regularly perform and monitor client s allocation to conversion team and make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or complaints.
Assess the customers complaints and provide the correct information to rectify the issue
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken and query resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure Update/maintain social media log on CRM on a nightly basis
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems
Ability to retain product knowledge and help educate the customer and staff
Experience and Qualifications
Ideally Graduate degree in Computing Web Design Digital Marketing Marketing or a related field communication and graphic design or a related field. Candidates with any related qualification with relevant work experience in lieu will be considered .This means we will consider individual who are able to succeed on the role without a relevant degree but has Graphic Website design email marketing and social media management skills
Proven experience in web design and digital marketing sales and business development roles ideally in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and successful marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive sales to grow.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch or similar) Photoshop and familiar with HTML CSS and basic JavaScript.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO PPC email marketing and social media marketing.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
