Job Title: Sales Executive HR Services

Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling HR services and solutions to businesses. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect identify and acquire new clients for HR services and solutions.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and providing customized HR solutions.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the HR services industry.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
5. Prepare and present proposals quotes and presentations to potential clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market developments.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and performance to management.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in selling HR services or within the service industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the HR services industry and trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
