Job Description
- Maintain a Teams Azure environment
- Manage and maintain the mobile device fleet within the organization
- Ensure proper configuration and security settings for mobile devices
- Maintain and manage Audio codes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways
- Maintain and Monitor SIP Trunk circuits
- Maintain Fax servers
- Identify and Resolve complex problems both within a team and individually with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.
- 6 years experience in IT with 3 years Teams Enterprise Voice
- Experience enrolling and unenrolling mobile devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for MDM
- TDM and VoIP technologies
- Telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIPEfax PRI T1 analog)
- Teams with Voice
- Enterprise Voice Call Routing
- Teams Conferencing
- E911
- SBC SBA gateways and SIP trunks
- DID number management
- Teams Dial Plans
