Job Description

AVrated civil litigation firm is seeking a talented associate to join our Tallahassee office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated matters involving firstparty property insurance general liability defense and insurance coverage litigation.

We are looking for an attorney with 2 5 years of civil litigation experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills and have experience with:

Firstparty property claims and insurance coverage

Defending depositions of experts fact witnesses and parties

Attending court hearings mediations and participating in trial preparation

Handling matters related to liability claims

Qualifications:

Excellent academic credentials required

Experience with drafting pleadings motions and discovery

Familiarity with billing practices and reporting guidelines

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
