Job Description

Welcome to The Freelance Firm!


We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand we are now interviewing for a Washington Statebased experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal interested in 10 20 hours per week of remote work.


Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.

Responsibilities Include:


*Draft and file legal documents

1. Discovery support responses deficiency letters
2. Settlement proposals
3. Temporary Orders
4. Motions/proposed orders
5. Child support docs

* Manage case calendars and deadlines

* Organize and maintain client files

* Communicate with clients courts and opposing counsel

* Provide general administrative support to attorneys


The pay rate for our paralegal opportunities starts at $30/hour.
