The Role
As Liviti s Buyers Agent New Property you ll champion our members through every stage of offtheplan and newbuild acquisitions. From initial discovery to contract exchange and handover you ll deliver expert guidance on emerging projects secure preferential launchphase pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead facetoface and Zoom consultations to understand each member s investment objectives and risk profile
Research shortlist and analyse offtheplan and newly completed developments using market data design plans and cashflow projections
Provide ongoing project updates and tailored market insights to keep members informed
About You
Proven success as a Buyers Agent Property Broker or in offtheplan sales
Exceptional negotiation skills and deep understanding of newbuild contract structures
Highly proficient with CRM platforms
Clientcentric: you relentlessly pursue the best outcomes and deliver a whiteglove experience
Selfmotivated hungry mindset with track record of exceeding targets
