We re partnering with a top multinational FMCG companyto find an experienced Category Manager (Beverages & Biscuits) to own and grow a highvalue portfolio. You ll set strategy manage the P&L and deliver worldclass 360 brand campaigns working handinhand with sales supply chain and global category teams.
What You ll Do
- Strategic & Annual Planning: Define multiyear category vision; develop annual objectives resource plans and sellin proposals to senior management.
- Marketing & : Lead integrated marketing campaigns 360 communications and media strategies driven by consumer and shopper insights.
- P&L Management: Own volume revenue margin and investment decisions; identify NPD and platform opportunities to hit growth targets.
- New Product Development: Spearhead consumerrelevant NPD and packaging projects from ideation through launch.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Align and coach your category team collaborating with Sales Supply Chain and regional/global category colleagues to ensure flawless .

Requirements
Who You Are
- 12 years in consumer marketing with 4 5 years in a categorymanagement leadership role ideally in beverages or biscuits.
- Commercial & Analytical: You make datadriven decisions translating insights into impactful brand and pricing strategies.
- Collaborative Leader: Strong at building consensus across functions and managing talent recruiting developing and inspiring highperforming teams.
- ConsumerFirst & Agile: You thrive on rapid innovation cycles and have a digitalforward mindset.
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of owning multimilliondollar P&Ls and delivering profitable growth in FMCG.
- Expert ability to develop brand plans execute impactful promotions and manage endtoend product commercialization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the confidence to engage senior leadership.
