Job Description
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial
Intelligence NLP or a related field. - Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- 2 years of relevant experience as a Python Developer.
- Design and develop robust backend systems using Flask and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Research and develop NLP models and algorithms for natural language understanding text generation and classification tasks.
- Design and implement RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate with LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Develop automations and workflows using tools like n8n or similar platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the team to integrate NLP models into broader AI/ML solutions.
- Continuously evaluate improve and finetune NLP and machine learning models.
- Implement and optimize machine learning systems for prediction classification clustering and anomaly detection.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP machine learning AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python Flask and FastAPI.
- Solid skills in frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Experience working with LangChain and building RAGbased systems.
- Proficiency with NLP toolkits such as NLTK spaCy Hugging Face Transformers or CoreNLP.
- Handson experience with pretrained models like BERT RoBERTa XLNet GPT etc.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch and Keras.
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n Zapier or similar).
- (Bonus) Experience working with customer service chatbots dialogue agents or voice/speechtotext technologies.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a crossfunctional team.
