Responsibilities
- Execute precise monthly account reconciliations ensuring perfect accuracy
- Process and manage regular payroll operations for multiple clients
- Administer 401(k) program responsibilities with attention to compliance
- Prepare detailed financial statements for executive review and board meetings
- Perform monthend closing procedures following established protocols
- Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation
- Handle timesensitive administrative and financial tasks
- Support the preparation of professional board meeting materials
- Ensure all monthly deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and modern accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliation and payroll processing
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and practices
- Excellence in financial recordkeeping and documentation
- Professionallevel English communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures
- Experience preparing financial statements and reports
- Capability to work U.S. Central Time business hours
