Job Description
To the east of Bristol City Centre our client has a beautiful purpose built setting who are now seeking a passionate nursery manager to join their lovely setting and be part of a growing Nursery Group that are definitely going places! Working a 40 hour week with a strong nursery team building up the occupancy within this setting the salary is being offered is up to 45k depending on experience with generous benefits and opportunities to grow with the Nursery Company.
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
