Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an exceptional Multimodal AI Specialist to join our team to help push the boundaries in construction document analysis. This role is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of our cuttingedge AIpowered preconstruction estimating product. As a Multimodal AI Expert you will extract analyze and interpret critical information from construction documentation to define and improve our AIpowered preconstruction estimating product.
Responsibilites:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of cuttingedge multimodal AI solutions to extract analyze and interpret critical information from construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager and crossfunctional team members to identify opportunities define requirements and deliver impactful AIpowered products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and experimenting with the latest advancements in multimodal AI machine learning and computer vision.

- Design and test experimental models evaluate new architectures and tools and recommend strategies to incorporate the latest advancements into productionready systems.
Requirements
- 35 years of handson experience with Python and machine learning.
- Proven ability to develop and deploy realworld multimodal AI and computer vision applications.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms neural networks and natural language processing.
- Deep understanding of inner workings of large language models and experience with agentic systems.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
